You appear to be using at least so you should be able to navigate this site and enjoy a bit of reading on-line. The Wrangellia Reader has been tested on Windows 9(x) with 'as installed' settings ... if you use custom icon or font settings the results may be unpredictable.

The window that is about to open is designed to fill the screen at 640 x 480 resolution so at 600 x 800 or higher it will be a window with resizing disabled. If your system performs better with only one window open you may safely close this window after the next window opens.

This site has been online since 1999 and that reflects a commitment to the artists whom contributed to this site. There has been little done to it over the years and since it was designed to work fast on old dial-up connections, with very slow computers, it should render well on most every system.
